I'm a UX Architect/Designer, specializing in revenue-critical data enterprise software in network security, healthcare and financial technology. I use research methods to find and solve user pain points, find opportunities to improve experiences, and lead teams designing seamless, intuitive products earning tens of millions.  I partner with Product and Engineering leadership to create a smooth, productive design, development and release process. I lead teams to unexpectedly amazing results.  I help UX accelerate product conception, design and development.  I mentor other designers to do the same.

2019-2025

Ivanti

Led the design of Ivanti’s Gartner-recognized cloud-based enterprise patching and security solutions – Ivanti Patch for Neurons - from a plain whiteboard to a product earning $10M/year, yielding four engineering patents. 

  • Led the design of a Gartner-recognized cloud enterprise patching and security solution from concept to a product generating $10M+/year, securing four patents and driving significant revenue growth.

  • Led the design of Patch for Intune, a cloud plug-in for Microsoft Intune, which is the company's most efficient revenue earner.

  • Using research, drove the development of key features (real-time compliance reporting, ring deployment) absolutely critical to sales and revenue. 

  • Drove the strategic redesign of the cloud platform’s navigation structure.

  • Led a prize-winning Hackathon team that designed the concept for bringing patch functionality to mobile devices. 

  • Mentored a team of eight designers with varying skill levels, leading them to becoming the top-performing UX team in the organization.

  • Worked with design system team, contributing component concepts and carrying out exploratory and validating user research.

USBank

Led the design of a new teller system for USBank.

  • Overcame a vendor’s failure to deliver into an opportunity to design a user interaction improvement that reduced page-loads by 75%, and salvaged a project worth millions.

  • Using insights from user research, led team to revise a flawed initial design into a successful prototype that used the bank’s new technology to make tellers’ jobs easier.

  • Led team including a visual designer, front end designer, content strategist and researcher.

Logisticare

Designed call center system for nationwide non-emergency medical transportation provider. 

  • Using research-based process, designed SaaS-based system for national call centers.

  • System projected to save company $2 million in labor costs annually.

Anthem / Blue Cross

Designed broker portal, contributed to design of mobile app.

  • Took over a month-overdue project, got back on schedule within 30 days, restoring client confidence and bolstering team brand.

  • Simplified outdated broker system – making Anthem business more attractive for third-party brokers.

  • Used prior experience in healthcare to contribute complex functionality to mobile app.
